Well, Thanksgiving weekend was not so good to my Savage. The .46 motor bit the dust. It was not running well at all that day, killing glow plugs, then the motor seized. I finally got around to tearing it down today. Here are some pics. Looks like one of the main bearings failed. The cage is missing a big piece. It got jammed in one of the ports, but not before causing a whole lot of problems. I don't know if I will try to fix it or not. For now I put the stock 21 back in the truck.

yup its done for, all part of the hobby right :) Almost got it running with the 21 motor today. Got it installed and started, but it died while warming up, and then the glow starter was dead. Should be able to run it a bit tomorrow though.
