Thanks man. I try to run hard.... Your pretty good yourself. the biggest thing about brushless is that you need to know when and when not to give it all the power. Thats why joey does so good with hie stock e savage. He doesnt have that power to get him in trouble like we do. Mabe me and you will come out on top next race. I have two of my friends that are coing that have bad e revos.

yeah when i was running nimhs i could floor it 90% of the time and i did great. its a whole different stoy with the lipos i bought. they have so much kick im learning to drive all over again. i do look forward to seeing you in the final round, should be fun. you're competition enough, you've got to bring more. ahhhhh the more the merrier. :)

I just double checked, the points are up to date. The last points race we had was the double points race at the Beef Fest in September... I think you missed that one because you were racing something else..... LOL! :blastaway:

Can you believe we're just days away from our 2009 points Finale? This Saturday we will be crowning four new champs. The points are pretty close in some of the classes and the trash talk has been going on for weeks, and I love it..LOL. Tom and I went up to RC Pro a couple of weeks ago and checked out the track. Roger has changed it up sense we were there last. I think we will be able to make a fun track with it. We're keeping an eye on the weather and depending on what forecast you watch you get a different story. Tom and I will let you know if there are any changes, I'm down for running in the snow! Truthfully I think everything will be fine, there calling for 40-45 which is allot better than the first race of the season. I think the high was 28 that day. Get busy working on those trucks and we'll see ya in few days.

Well guys it looks like mother nature is going to win this time. After much consideration we have decided it will be best to move the race to January 9th. It will still be at RC Pro and it will be the points finale. I'm thinking creative for the points, maybe we'll count them for the first points in the new year and the last ones for 09. I'm open for suggestions, if you have an idea just let me know. If it was going to be all snow we would still run it, that might be pretty fun, but it's going to be a mixed mess and that wont be any fun for anybody. I hope all of you have a great Christmas and New Year and you get all those new RC toys you want. By the way we will be starting a new class next season too. It will be short course trucks like the Slash, Blitz, etc. Stock 2wd truck only. Stay tuned for rules and such.

4s is usually what people use now a days in brushed or brushless. 6s is too much to race with IMO.

yeah i've thought the flux was short for the power its got. my revo is plenty longer and it ca barely handle it. :) my x-mas prez was early, the max amps lipos. however i might have something else for you next season, a short course truck and another bl monster truck. i did paint a body up and it looks awesome, black with mirror purple flames. see u in one week.

Do you really want the extra weight for 10-20sec race times? I wouldn't. on a 5200Mah Lipo I can run during the whole event and let my daughter run the truck for about 20 minutes during lunch and still have some run time. Although, I am using SMC Lipos on a Brushed Truck.

That's the plan (Feb 13th). We're still trying to iron out the details but Joey is working on getting us out to a brand-new location! If it all works out, it'll be pretty cool!
