i just recieved my xtm .28 pro and broke it in man this has tons more power than the k4.6HO. I am runing a 19t bell and it still wont stay down and it smokes my revo by far. Any one else run this motor:chainkiller:

oh this motor has 3.8hp thats alot more than the o.s. vg.30's 3.0hp and it only cost $170

do you know if there is a backplate for using the roto start system? I am about ready to buy a new engine for my sav x

don't fall into the manufacturer HP hype. That is off a propeller dyno. if you want true hp go here www.nitrodynesystems.com (http://www.nitrodynesystems.com/)or extreme rc has a full list of all the engines they have tested. don't just go by hp go by the power band also the k4.6 ho has limited low end grunt but in the higher rpm band is were it has the most hp. it has long legs. the longer the run the faster it gets. this is the dyno most engine manufacturers are going to. it is a real dyno running a dyno bench marking program. go to the engine data base. CEN says my 7.7 has 5 hp nitrodyne and extreme rc say 1.35hp. you be the judge.
