I placed an order with SMF on friday but the order got lost in the internet somewhere. I received an E-mail from Nick that afternoon saying that he had got my payment but the order never came through and asking what I had ordered. I sent an email back telling him what I had ordered and over the course of a few very fast emails we got the whole thing taken care of. My order went out that afternoon and I just got it today. Nick was even so kind as to upgrade my shipping and provide me with a tracking number.

This was my first experince with SMF and has made me a loyal customer. SMF will be my first stop for all my needs from this point forward.

I have had a good experience with SMF too. I ordered an alu diff case and they didn't have it in stock anymore. Nick sent me an e-mail suggesting to switch for a savage alu diff upgrade kit instead of waiting for them to have the single diff case back in stock. The upgrade kit contains two diff cases as well as the hardware that goes with it. I got my diff case plus a spare one in time instead of having to wait.

Good for canadians too, the USPS shipping is very low for most parts (3$ or so for single parts, and very reasonable if you get a few parts at once) and there is no duty fees as always with USPS.

Yep SMF is great, i got a notification of shipping email within 45mins of placing my order for my TVP's.

Being an overseas customer and often having to wait 2-3 weeks for my stuff it really helps when the seller gets the order out ASAP!
