Just thought i would intorduce myself. My name is bill i have a savage 25 with a .28 motor and a nitro evader. Ive been in the hobby for a little over 2 years. I guess you can say slapmafro got me into the hobby. I saw a video of thiers and i loved it. No not yet. I am gonna borrow a trailer from a buddy and try to take it this weekend. Its getting too cold to ride that far. The track is about an hour away. Im ready to see what she runs in a quarter.

Cool my wife was beggin me to get a honda kinda like that. She dont like the whole crotch rocket look. But then again i dont really care for her bright yellow Sentra spec-v.

lol...I'll be buying my wife a sport bike within another 3 months. She loves motorcycles and the cars. Heck, she even loves the rc's.......

Wanna trade. My wife is back in school so she has her nose stuck in a book all the time. She dont care about my hobbies. She isnt against them she dont have anything to do with them. Her mom always says " boys never grow up thier toys just get more expensive."
Glad you joined Bill! You shouldn't have the problem here like you did on the other site. ;) I will let you know when the tranny gets here! :grinning:

Thanx guys. Yeah jtmt it does seem more friendly here. These ppl here are more into the hobby not just who has the most experience and the most money.....

Thats cool man.... shoot im 29 have 2 kids and putting my wife through school (not high school) so i dont have the money to throw into my savage like some do. trust me towerhobbies has a large wish list im slowly getting.

I'm married, but don't have any tax refund assistants yet, lol.
I'm 29 married with a 5 year old girl and i just had a son 2 months ago. I am with you guys and knowing how the funds for this hobby can be tight.

lol...look at rcboyz.com or ebay...I forgot to mention the no foams thing for the new Bowties I sent ya....That's how they were picked up from the LHS. They didn't come in a wrapper as they were shipped with about 13 other sets of tires...lol...Look around on Integy's website, I believe they have some foams there(dual or triple stage). That's what I run in all my cars. Let me know, we can get you great prices on their stuff over there.
No biggie on the foams! I will get some rims and foams when I have the spare change.

Congrats on the newborn jtmt. Mine are 9 year old son and 7 year old daughter. I think we have one of each and better stop there. If my wife goes to misssing haveing a newborn i take her to a friends house that has 5 kids. LOL
LOL my wife and I decided that was the end for us and she had her tubes tied right after our son was born.
